 A high-class gyuto with 32 layers of blade lines with a beautiful Damascus pattern, reminiscent of a Japanese sword. The knife handle is made in an inverted triangle shape that fits comfortably in your hand. We put value in the knife's sharpness, usability, and design. In addition to the “authentic sharpening” finish, the newly developed “suki” (the process of sharpening the tip of the knife) and “hatsuke” (a technique to create a sharp blade) are adopted, producing a sharpness like a Japanese sword.
